Creates a new color by performing a hard light blend.

Syntax

=BLENDHARDLIGHT(color1, color2)

color1	Color	The first color to blend
color2	Color	The second color to blend

=BLENDHARDLIGHT("#2080d0", "#2080d0") → #0880eeff

=BLENDHARDLIGHT("#0080ff", "#ffffff") → #ffffffff
